• If you submit a proposal, you must submit it to the General Services RFP Buyer of Record NOT the Research Section.
• General Services accepts HARD COPY proposals only. You cannot submit a proposal to them electronically.
• If you have questions about the RFP or the process for submissions, you must contact the RFP Buyer of Record via email NOT the Research Section.

The Research Section will be responsible for the contracting and project management phases of this project.
